estela: review

I would not have noticed Estela had it not been for Obama's eating there. So be it.

Olives were very tasty. Burrata with salsa verde and charred bread was off the hook delicious. Endive salad was endlessly flavorsome. Bruno had the oysters, which were excellent. The ricotta dumplings were somewhat hard to fathom: there were disks and there were lumps. It tasted great, but I could have used some instruction. The pork and the steak were home runs: great product, perfectly cooked, interesting flavors. Nice wine-by-the-glass choices, including a white for $12. Desserts were also flawless. The chocolate cake is the thing.

Grade: A+ for flawless food and nice ambience; this is a place to order many plates and share.
