minetta tavern: review

This is a fun place to have lunch. Less crowded than at dinner and the crowd is still hip.

Everything here is good. I've had Thanksgiving dinner here, and it was a blast. Veal chop: check. Mini-cassoulet: check. Aged beef burger with grilled onions: one of the best in the city.

The waiters are great, though the bartenders can be a little full of themselves.

Desserts can be disappointing...I would skip.
